  • 2 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoon of honey.


  1. Peel off the ginger and cut it into smaller pieces
  2. Crush the garlic and put the garlic and ginger in a pot or kettle
  3. Add the four cups of water to it and boil, let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Filter the tea from the ginger and garlic shaft and add honey to it

  • 1/2 cup of ginger juice
  • 25 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of bee honey


  1. Take a bowl and mix the ginger and lemon juice together
  2. Crush the garlic and put it in a blender
  3. Pour the ginger and lemon juice mixture to the garlic in the blender
  4. Blend them for a while and add the honey and apple cider vinegar to it.
